If you have already decided that you will be filing a case and you want to get the case filed the same day you come in you will ALSO need to have the following:
1. Pre-Filing Certificate: http://www.abacuscc.org or http://www.daveramsey.com/debtor-education/home/
2. Proof of income for the 60 days (Chapter 13)/ 90 days (Chapter 7) prior to filing the bankruptcy IF you receive pay checks.
3. Tax return for the last year filed (Federal Only).
4. Proof of your social security number (social security card or W-2).
5. Proof of photo ID (e.g. drivers license, military ID, passport).
We have 8 locations in the Metro Atlanta area. We understand that most of our client's have busy schedules and therefore can arrange a phone consultation or web consultation if you are unable to meet with an attorney in person to get a basic overview of your potential case.
